Blake met us at the door, was very personable and answered some initial questions without hesitation. He had the machine that we had inquired about out front and ready for a test drive. We met Matt and felt immediately comfortable with his easy going demeanor. He answered all our direct questions with direct answers and was quite knowledgeable about different models. We bought the model that we test drove and Jared and the service guys got the add ons that we wanted done by 4:30 the same day. We were able to enjoy our first ride that afternoon. We actually enjoyed our time with Matt and he made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. We were never pressured in any direction and couldnt be happier with our purchase.
